Since 1 July 2006 there is the possibility of medical treatment of children and
adolescents in the field of Paediatrics/Paediatric Surgery at the clinic.
It is is well intgrated into the range of services of the Clinic St. Marienstift
with its focuses week ward, paediatric gatroenterology,
paediatric diabetology and paediatric surgery.
The ward is located in the modern extension of the historical St. Marienstift
that is surrounded by a green, cultivated parc.
We treat children of all age-groups outpatient, inpatient and before this
by qulified and friendly staff.
Because of the high rating of diagnostical exploration and recovery
of the children entrusted to our care,
we principally try to make a hospitalisation of mother or father possible,
as well as to be everytime contacted personally or by phone for your questions.
Furthermore we offer a free arrangement of visiting hours.
Our range of servises covers…
- the care of your baby during birth and confinement
as well as
- the diagnostics and therapy of patients of all age-groups with
- gastroenterological problems or nutritional disturbances
(breath tests, pH-measurement, sonography, biops of the liver,
complete endoscopy including PEG plant)
- diabetes mellitus - in case of actual appeared or praeexisting disease and
- paediatric surgical diseases - especially by laparoscopy.
An emergency entry to our department is not provided. The arrangement of a hospitalisation is made usually within our consulting hours.
